There are three main factors that impact a property investor’s cash flow: expenses, rental income and vacancy period.
Are you left short at the end of each month? If so, that may not necessarily be a bad thing. Some property investors negatively gear their investment property for tax reasons. For most investors, though, increased cash flow is preferred to free up funds for further investments.
